Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, conveyors) while maintaining OSHA compliance
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock rotation in ERP systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and reduce processing time
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas and enforce 5S standards
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with meticulous documentation
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand 8+ hours daily
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
