Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily production schedules and quality standards
- Maintain organized storage areas and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and optimize workflows
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Support inventory audits and documentation processes as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency with RF scanning technology and basic computer systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
