Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, pack, and stage inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, conveyors) while maintaining strict safety protocols
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation with 99.9% accuracy
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and maintain organized storage systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintain clean workspaces
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and inventory system familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
