Responsibilities
- Unload, verify, and stage incoming shipments with precision
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Maintain organized storage areas and enforce 5S standards
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and WMS familiarity
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
