Responsibilities
- Efficiently move and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Inspect and verify incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy
- Maintain clean, compliant warehouse spaces following OSHA standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and conduct daily pre-shift inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Update inventory systems in real-time using WMS software
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance mindset
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
