Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Manage inventory with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect materials for damage and maintain quality standards
- Organize stock in designated storage areas with FIFO protocols
- Prepare orders for shipment using packing slips and labels
- Maintain clean and safe work environment following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
