Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and sort materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety standards
- Manage inventory counts and maintain accurate documentation in WMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient material flow
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse operations
- Adhere to quality control standards and safety regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required for training)
