Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, store, and manage inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Verify incoming/outgoing shipments against documentation and ensure accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas following OSHA standards
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time inventory tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and quality control procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
