Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Inspect and maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts and documentation
- Operate warehouse machinery following OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow and meet production deadlines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
- Assist in receiving shipments, verifying quantities, and processing documentation
- Support inventory management systems and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of material handling or warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety standards
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
