Responsibilities
- Efficiently move and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Accurately document all material movements using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Support inventory control through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
