Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI systems for next-generation applications, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Lead research and development initiatives into emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Autonomous Agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product ecosystems.
- Optimize machine learning models for production environments, focusing on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model security, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Experience designing distributed systems using Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, NLP, and computer vision technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions.
