Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and emerging AI agents.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into Quantum-AI integration and neuromorphic computing paradigms.
- Code Optimization: Lead initiatives to reduce inference latency and improve energy efficiency in AI models.
- Ethical Frameworks: Establish guidelines for AI safety, bias mitigation, and transparency in automated decision-making.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists in advanced machine learning techniques.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors and partners.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML systems design.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Future-Proofing: Familiarity with Quantum Computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) and their application to classical AI problems.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-scale environments.
