Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a busy warehouse environment
- Load/unload freight trucks with precision and efficiency
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counting activities
- Maintain clean and organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
- Complete daily equipment inspection reports
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Willingness to work night shift and overtime as needed
- Valid California Driver's License (required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
