Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in temperature-controlled warehouse
- Execute inventory counts and cycle checks with digital scanning systems
- Load/unload trailers using precise dock scheduling protocols
- Maintain OSHA compliance through daily equipment inspections
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless shift transitions
- Implement FIFO inventory management principles
- Document material movements in WMS systems
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification with 2+ years recent experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Strong attention to detail in high-volume operations
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Experience with RF scanners and inventory software
- Excellent time management in fast-paced environments
- Ability to work independently during night hours
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
