Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Load/unload shipments with precision and efficiency using RF scanners
- Manage inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production deadlines
- Adhere to all warehouse safety protocols and housekeeping standards
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (current or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- 1+ years of industrial forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management and order verification
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Flexible schedule availability for night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
