Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to pick tickets and system instructions
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and barcode scanners
- Inspect products for quality and proper packaging before shipment
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and equipment issues to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker/packer experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems
- Reliable transportation to/from our facility near the airport
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during night shifts
- Positive attitude and commitment to meeting production goals
