Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Maintain inventory accuracy and cycle counts
- Load/unload shipments with attention to detail
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with overnight team leads
- Meet productivity targets during peak hours
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- RF scanner or WMS system familiarity
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to night shift
- Basic math and communication skills
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability for 11 PM - 7 AM shifts
