Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Scan and verify inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and contribute to overall warehouse safety
- Meet productivity targets while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate with team leads and coworkers to optimize workflow efficiency
- Report inventory discrepancies and equipment issues promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or picker/packer experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work night shifts (typically 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
