Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders efficiently using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Verify product accuracy and maintain organized inventory records
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with night shift team to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to strict quality control and safety protocols
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker/packer experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM, Monday - Friday
