Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners and voice-pick technology
- Operate electric pallet jacks and conveyor systems in compliance with safety protocols
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain real-time stock accuracy
- Collaborate with overnight supervisors to resolve fulfillment bottlenecks
- Adhere to ISO 9001 quality standards for packaging and labeling
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and equipment
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/picking experience in fast-paced environments
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic proficiency with handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts including weekends
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Spanish bilingual skills a plus
