Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials safely and efficiently
- Load/unload trucks using proper rigging techniques and weight distribution
- Maintain accurate inventory records via warehouse management system
- Perform daily equipment inspections and safety checks
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Assist with warehouse organization and dock scheduling
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule availability
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Preferred: Experience with RF scanners and warehouse software
