Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and heavy machinery to move materials within warehouse
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Manage inventory through accurate scanning and documentation
- Maintain clean, organized work areas per 5S standards
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies
- Support loading/unloading operations with precision
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Flexibility to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
