Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts using warehouse management systems
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs to supervisors
- Maintain clean, organized work areas to meet OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow during shift transitions
- Document daily activities and inventory discrepancies accurately
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory system navigation
- Availability to work Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Pre-employment drug screen and background check required
