Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts in a high-volume warehouse environment
- Load/unload shipments with precision and efficiency
- Maintain accurate inventory records via RF scanning systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and equipment maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for optimal workflow
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs
- Support warehouse cleanliness and organization standards
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexible availability for 10-hour night shifts (6:00 PM - 4:30 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Forklift experience with various equipment types (e.g., reach trucks, pallet jacks)
