Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods
- Inspect and maintain equipment before/during shifts
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Manage inventory with warehouse management system accuracy
- Collaborate with night shift team for efficient workflow
- Document daily operations and report maintenance needs
- Maintain clean, organized work areas
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- 1+ years of warehouse/forklift experience
- Strong attention to safety procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and inventory skills
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Pre-employment background/drug screen required
