Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse environments
- Load/unload trucks with precise inventory management
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with night shift team for seamless operations
- Assist in warehouse cleanup and organization tasks
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift license (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to night shift hours (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Preferred: Experience with pallet jacks and order-picking systems
