Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse environment
- Safely load/unload trucks using pallet jacks and powered equipment
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance reports
- Maintain accurate inventory counts via RF scanning systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with night shift team for efficient workflow
- Assist with warehouse cleanup and organization tasks
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse equipment operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
