Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and compliance
- Manage inventory records and documentation with precision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production deadlines
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Support warehouse optimization through smart space utilization
- Train on new equipment and processes as needed
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating industrial forklifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
