Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, stack, and organize inventory
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Load/unload trailers efficiently while ensuring product integrity
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced night shift environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Physical stamina to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate machinery for extended periods
