Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in temperature-controlled warehouse environments
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage inventory for outbound shipments
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with overnight team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year of industrial forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to 1400 Key Highway, Baltimore
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule (Sun-Thurs)
- Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
