Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records through WMS systems and digital scanners
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere to strict safety protocols for material handling and equipment operation
- Support inventory audits and cycle count processes
- Train on new warehouse technologies and equipment as implemented
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience in night shift environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Valid Colorado driver's license (Class D minimum)
