Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials within warehouse and dock areas
- Load/unload trucks and containers with precision using pallet jacks and hand tools
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Support warehouse cleanup and organization initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Flexible schedule availability (nights 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
