Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to transport materials safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts using RF scanning technology
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse space per OSHA standards
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and proper stacking procedures
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and dock operations
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills and inventory management knowledge
- Flexibility to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM) with occasional overtime
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
