Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down forklifts and powered industrial trucks in warehouse/distribution environments
- Accurately inventory and organize palletized materials using RF scanners
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance
- Document daily activities and inventory movements using WMS systems
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating sit-down forklifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Reliable transportation for night shift (4 PM - 2 AM)
- Pre-employment drug screen and background check required
