Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily, reporting malfunctions to maintenance team
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company warehouse procedures
- Manage inventory using scanning systems and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with night shift team to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Assist in warehouse organization and dock operations during peak hours
- Complete daily shift logs and safety documentation
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating industrial forklifts in warehouse environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety standards
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Flexible availability for night shift schedule (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
