Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload products
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as required
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow efficiency
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping/receiving documentation
- Ensure proper stacking and storage of materials in designated areas
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and ability to work overnight shifts
