Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, locate, and stack materials efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure safety and operational readiness
- Load/unload trucks and containers following safety protocols and company procedures
- Verify inventory accuracy and document movements in warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to prevent hazards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating industrial forklifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a night shift environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
