Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a 24/7 warehouse environment
- Load/unload trucks and pallets using precision and efficiency
- Maintain accurate inventory records via WMS systems
- Perform daily equipment inspections and safety checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Operate other warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, order pickers) as needed
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years of recent warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Reliable transportation and consistent night shift availability
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screen
- Previous experience in temperature-controlled environments preferred
