Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions to prevent safety hazards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Palletize and organize goods in designated storage areas
- Support dock operations including loading/unloading trucks
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating industrial forklifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Clear communication skills in English
- Availability to work Monday-Sunday nights (10 PM - 6 AM)
