Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in temperature-controlled warehouse environments
- Accurately load/untractors and manage inventory using WMS systems
- Maintain detailed shipping/receiving documentation and digital logs
- Conduct pre/post-shift equipment inspections and safety checks
- Collaborate with night crew supervisors to optimize loading dock operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Assist in cross-functional warehouse tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail in inventory management
- Basic computer literacy for WMS systems
- Flexible availability for rotating weekend shifts
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Texas driver's license required
