Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts with precision in high-volume warehouse settings
- Safely load/untract trailers and stage inventory for efficient distribution
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanning technology
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Train new operators on equipment operation and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license
- Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse logistics
- Expertise with sit-down/stand-up forklifts and reach trucks
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in temperature-controlled environments
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance record
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Preferred: Certification in hazardous materials handling
