Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize palletized materials efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Load/untract trucks while ensuring proper weight distribution and securement
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift license with 2+ years of recent experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness skills
- Experience working in fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environments
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and overtime as needed
- Successful background check and pre-employment drug screen required
