Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environments
- Accurately load/untract trailers and manage inventory using WMS systems
- Maintain strict safety protocols including OSHA compliance and equipment inspections
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow and dock schedules
- Perform cycle counts and support inventory reconciliation processes
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, order pickers) as needed
- Complete daily equipment maintenance logs and report operational issues
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license with 1+ years recent experience
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- Physical stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Preferred: Experience in cold storage or food-grade environments
