Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environment
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming shipments using WMS system
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance documentation
- Maintain OSHA-compliant safety standards at all times
- Coordinate with team leads for efficient inventory rotation
- Assist in month-end inventory audits and cycle counts
- Operate powered pallet jacks and order pickers as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Oregon forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- Basic computer literacy and WMS experience preferred
- Availability for consistent night shift schedule (6:00 PM - 4:30 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
