Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload products safely and efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse workflow
- Stack and organize materials in designated storage areas
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as required
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Osha-certified preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work overtime during peak seasons
