Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure mechanical safety and compliance with OSHA standards.
- Verify inventory accuracy by scanning barcodes and maintaining accurate logs of stock movements.
- Organize and stack pallets in designated storage areas to maximize space utilization.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and warehouse rules at all times.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Must provide documentation).
- Experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
