Responsibilities
- Safely operate various types of forklifts (Counterbalance, Reach Truck) to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure operational safety.
- Organize, stock, and inventory warehouse areas efficiently to optimize workflow and reduce downtime.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA 10/30 preferred or willingness to get certified).
- 1+ years of verifiable experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills for logging inventory and scanning barcodes.
