Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, stack, and organize inventory
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Coordinate with warehouse team to meet production and shipping deadlines
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and palletizing products
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexibility to work night shifts (typically 6 PM - 6 AM)
