Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload products safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and compliance
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations for warehouse operations
- Manage inventory counts and documentation with precision
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces throughout shift
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns immediately
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexibility to work night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
