Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload trailers, railcars, and shipping containers according to safety protocols.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle counts on a nightly basis.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory levels and potential issues.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Valid Forklift Operator License (CPC, OSHA, or equivalent) is required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
